Delivery Covid-19 Update
Throughout the pandemic, and now, we remain open for business. Despite our best efforts some delivery services may be disrupted during this time.

Please allow for extra time on the arrival of your order, if your order is over 24 hours late according to the stated delivery times, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will investigate and update you.
If you have ordered an item for collection you will still be able to collect from our Loddon office, however, you will not be able to come into the building, Instead after payment the item we will ask you for your expected arrival time and the order will be placed in the lobby.
Once you reach the barrier call through and we will let you into the visitor car park. Please ensure you are wearing a mask before entering the lobby and collecting your order.
General Covid-19 Update
We have reviewed our current operations and made changes to specifically cater for the impact of COVID-19.
We still have operational team members onsite to ensure our customers remain supported, we have also taken extra precautions such as enhanced cleaning regimes and sanitisation across our sites and offices to help protect our staff.
